A big welcome to music in 2014! It has all been happening in the music space this term with plenty of new equipment and sound gear. This year we have launched our rock band and a choir.  Both groups are extremely dedicated and rehearse tirelessly. Stay tuned for some assembly performances.  By Stacey Cheeseman

Production Update……

Lights, Camera…… Action!

We are in full swing! Our Grade 5/6 students are rehearsing scenes, classes are polishing their routines and our parents are frantically painting sets and organising props. TWO WEEKS till showtime!!!!!!

Production news!

We are under way with our production. Class songs have been coming along nicely. Its great to see the students doing their best and working together as a team. Our costumes are next…… Lucky its a beach theme so most students will be in their beachwear like bathers, shorts and thongs! Surfs up!!!!!

These students were given a starting line and were then asked to complete the picture. Much like Mr. Squiggle from my childhood! They did a wonderful job. Take a look!!

Under the sea

The prep-2 classes have been exploring lines including straight, zig zag, and dotted etc. These lines were used to design their very own under the sea fish. The blue water was created using a blue wash.
